Terms of Service

Version 1.0In effectIndia

The short version

  • ARISE helps you discover and plan study options. It does not decide admissions, visas, funding, jobs or housing.
  • You keep your account honest and treat other students well. We can suspend accounts that break the rules.
  • Where the law gives you rights, nothing here takes them away.

Who ARISE is

ARISE is an India-based company and live digital platform operated by ARISE PVT LTD. Legal contact: rakshith.p@ariseorg.com.

ARISE is built and operated from India and serves students today. Availability of individual features may vary by location, provider and service.

What ARISE currently provides

Discovery and planning tools: search, course and university information, destination information, scholarship discovery, accommodation discovery, a personal journey and profile, community spaces (Feed, Network, Rooms, Messages), an opportunities area (Work) and a counselling request flow.

ARISE provides these services progressively across its platform. Availability of individual features may vary by location, provider and service.

Your account

You need an account for personalised and community features. Keep your details accurate and your login secure. One person, one account; do not impersonate anyone.

Your responsibilities

Use ARISE lawfully. Do not post content that is abusive, fraudulent, misleading about universities, visas, jobs or housing, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Third parties

Universities, accommodation providers, employers, scholarship providers and government authorities are independent of ARISE. Their decisions, terms and privacy practices are their own. Listing an institution does not mean it partners with or endorses ARISE.

Disclaimers and liability

Information on ARISE is provided for discovery and planning. We do not guarantee admission, a visa, funding, employment, accommodation or any other outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARISE is not liable for decisions made by third parties or for losses arising from reliance on information that you did not verify with the relevant official source.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the version and effective date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having jurisdiction.
