What we collect
Account and profile information you provide (name, email, and anything you choose to add to your profile).
Preferences you set: courses, universities, destinations, saved items and journey progress.
Community activity: posts, room membership, messages you send.
Requests you submit: counselling requests, support tickets, newsletter sign-up.
Basic technical information needed to serve and secure the site.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account, to show relevant courses, universities and destinations, to run community features, to respond to your requests, and to keep the platform safe.
Sharing
With service providers who host and operate the platform on our behalf, and with a third party where you deliberately send them information (for example an accommodation provider or an employer). Their own notices then apply.
Where disclosure is required by applicable law.
Your rights and choices
You can access and export your information, correct your profile, withdraw optional consents, and delete your account from the Privacy Centre.

Retention
Different categories are kept for different periods: account data while your account exists, support and safety records for as long as needed to handle them, and legal or transaction records where retention is required.
